Debemos cuidar de nuestro puesto de trabajo en este aspecto. Es un espacio donde pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo y, por lo tanto, es imprescindible hacer una buena limpieza. \u00a1En este art\u00edculo te explicamos como hacerlo correctamente!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre limpiar y desinfectar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Es muy f\u00e1cil! A continuaci\u00f3n, te lo contamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La limpieza es el conjunto de operaciones que permiten eliminar la suciedad visible o no tan visible. Este proceso no elimina del todo los g\u00e9rmenes, sino que solo disminuye la cantidad.<\/li>\n<li>En cambio, la desinfecci\u00f3n es el conjunto de operaciones que reducen temporalmente el nombre de microorganismos vivos y la destrucci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, sabemos que la desinfecci\u00f3n acaba f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pidamente con los g\u00e9rmenes y, por el contrario, la limpieza solo los reduce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos desinfectar bien el espacio donde trabajamos?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El primer paso que debemos realizar es hacer una buena limpieza. Es por eso que utilizaremos guantes de un solo uso, para protegernos bien. Seguidamente, con la ayuda del agua y el jab\u00f3n haremos una repasada por todas las superficies y as\u00ed reducir la suciedad y los g\u00e9rmenes.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, lo desinfectamos con productos aptos para esta tarea. Debemos saber que se tiene que ventilar la zona y hace falta utilizar guantes siempre que se usen productos desinfectantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera desinfectamos seg\u00fan qu\u00e9 zonas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La desinfecci\u00f3n sobre las superficies de las oficinas son recomendables hacerlas con desinfectante o jab\u00f3n junto con agua caliente puesto que la alta temperatura ayuda a hacer una buena eliminaci\u00f3n. Es muy importante que las bayetas que utilicemos para limpiar las enjuaguemos despu\u00e9s de cada uso para poder realizar una mayor y mejor desinfecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los aparatos electr\u00f3nicos, la desinfecci\u00f3n la deberemos realizar con un trapo suave, preferiblemente de microfibra, y una soluci\u00f3n con un 30% de agua y un 70% de alcohol isoprop\u00edlico.
