Tot i aix\u00f2 una bona opci\u00f3 per a mantenir la higiene correcta de forma constant, es poden utilitzar, tamb\u00e9, productes naturals.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels ingredients estrella \u00e9s el <strong>vinagre<\/strong>, un producte capa\u00e7 d&#8217;eliminar la brut\u00edcia i d&#8217;acabar amb els g\u00e8rmens i bacteris. Una bona opci\u00f3 \u00e9s combinar el vinagre amb <strong>bicarbonat de sodi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Bicarbonat de sodi<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre Blanc<\/li>\n<li>Un drap<\/li>\n<li>Uns guants de goma o l\u00e0tex<\/li>\n<li>Esp\u00e0tula de silicona o pl\u00e0stic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En una tassa barregem 2 cullerades de bicarbonat de sodi amb una mica d&#8217;aigua fins a obtenir una pasta. Seguidament, utilitzant els guants, caldr\u00e0 estendre el producte per l&#8217;interior del forn, sobretot en les zones m\u00e9s brutes.<\/p>\n<p>Deixem que actu\u00ef la barreja durant tota la nit o durant 12 hores i finalment amb un drap humit de cuina retirem la pasta del bicarbonat del forn.
